Unable to delete a file
If you are unable to delete a file here
are some simple steps that might work for you. In Windows Explore change
the view to details, then under view select choose details, unselect everything
but the name. Now select the file and hit shift + delete. It's
simple but seems to work most of the time. If this still does not delete
the file then try these same steps in Safe Mode. If you are still unable
to delete the file contact our support
